“Desiderata”

Very apropos of our beloved @Rec League (wink wink).

Latin for "things desired" or "things wanted," plural of the singular noun desideratum, which refers to something needed or essential. It generally describes a list of required items, goals, or desirable qualities. The term is most famous as the title of Max Ehrmann's 1927 inspirational prose poem, Desiderata.
