Soaking Sidewalk Chalk

We discovered this accidentally by leaving a chalk bucket out in the rain and now it's the only way my daughter wants to chalk. I agree that it's 200% more satisfying tho!

Sidewalk chalk is great n all but have you ever pre-soaked them so they turn into creamy pastels instead? Really eliminates the scratchiness that might give some folks the sensory ick. This is my preferred way to chalk!
